A multi-family house that provides a new impulse in the Jacques Eggermont street in Ledeberg with a range of 10 apartments, a ground-level commercial space, a cellar, bicycle storage and a car park with 11 parking spaces (automatic system). A single-family house has also been built on the same site. The aim was to create a building that easily integrates into the streetscape, both in terms of volume and architecture.
